PRICE
INCREASE |
Dear Valued Customer,
The previous 18 months have been challenging, both for us and our partners. I can’t overstate how much we appreciate your support. Whether you have been working with CyberLock for 20 years, or you are new to the family, thank you for your business!
While our preferred position is to maintain pricing during market fluctuations, CyberLock must account for market changes and cost of materials. Our evaluation process last resulted in a price increase in November of 2019. In evaluating the current market and cost of raw materials, the retail price for CyberLock hardware products will increase by approximately 4%, effective September 1, 2021. In addition to significant supply chain disruptions and delays, CyberLock has experienced increases in the cost of raw materials that range anywhere from 4% to 20%. Additionally, CyberLock has been incurring increased prices since February of 2021. We have done everything in our power to keep the September 1st price increase as low as possible.
Please note the following:
• |
A new price list dated 9/1/2021 will go into effect for all customers Wednesday, September 1, 2021. This price list will be available to resellers on the CyberLock Partner Portal beginning June 18. |
• |
To receive current pricing, quotes must be converted to a sales order by Tuesday, August 31, 2021. |
• |
Quotes issued from July 1 to August 31 are not valid for 60 days. Quotes issued during this period will expire on August 31, 2021, regardless of the date of the quote. |
• |
Quotes issued after August 31 will be subject to the new price list, and once again be valid for 60 days. |
We recognize there may be projects you are currently working on that could be affected by this price increase. If you have a particular project you’d like to discuss, please give us a call. Thank you again for your continued support over the last 20 years.
Sincerely,
Tammy Davis
CyberLock President

“ A number of state DOTs have turned to the CyberLock key-centric access control system to secure traffic cabinets and roadside equipment, as well as eliminate concerns associated with #2 keys. Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) found success with CyberLock in securing hub buildings and field equipment. They are now able to control subcontractor and employee access to restricted areas. Additionally, any attempt to access restricted areas is tracked in both the locks and the key, providing them peace of mind. CyberLock has developed over 400 cylinder designs that retrofit into nearly any application.
